Students - Are you tired of paying 12 months of rent when you only need an 8 month lease? Rent a modern, nicely furnished 3 bedroom lakefront home with a 2 car attached garage only 9 miles from campus, and pay only for the time you need. I built this place in 2008 for my family to use in the summer. It is well furnished with nice stuff - new beds, new furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. It is perfect for a grad student who wants a nice place to live but does not want the hassle and expense of furnishing an apartment. The lake view and quiet neighborhood also make a great atmosphere for studying and provide some great opportunities for recreation when you need a break. I am looking for responsible tenants who want a 8 or 9 month lease starting in late August of 2012 and ending in May of 2013. The price is $1,150 per month. I will include all utilities at a slightly higher rate if you prefer. I will also consider a shorter stay at a higher monthly rate (the rate of $1,150 per month is a subsidized rate that I can offer only to someone who takes the entire "off season").
