The kitchen leads to a laundry / utility room, with a door to an attached two-car garage, which accesses the backyard. The garage door and two openers are new, and the garage has a door leading to a spacious backyard. All but one bedroom has their own large closet, and there are 4 storage closets besides that, in addition to front and back attic space for longer-term or seasonal storage. The street is quiet with only 4 houses and a day care center. Across the street is Redwood Park, which was reconstructed in 2007 and has a nice walking path. The house itself has been completely remodeled including both bathrooms having been ripped to the studs and replaced with new tub liners, fixtures, drywall, window sills, and vanities.
